With an office in the heart of Grimsby town centre we’ve made sure we’re easily accessible for sellers, purchasers, landlords, tenants and contractors.  We’re happy for you to call into the office or, if it’s easier, you can email or ring us.  We don’t have a call centre, we’re human beings, if you call you’ll speak to one of us!

Our team are experts in the sale, letting and management of residential property and have decades of experience between them.  We know that a house becomes a home.  We’re experts in presenting property, showing it off to its best potential and making sure that purchasers can easily see how much effort a seller has put into creating a home.

We’re trusted by countless developers of new build houses to create a link between them and their purchasers.  We know how to guide a purchaser through the process, creating a bespoke home to suit their tastes and making sure that those last minute development hassles are managed.

Our property management team look after every type of property from one bedroom flats to executive detached houses.  We take the hassle out of letting and managing.  We advise landlords on rent levels, we market the property and always accompany whenever someone wants to view, we take references and fulfil all the necessary statutory requirements, we prepare inventories and set up tenancy agreements.  We collect rents, sort out repairs and act as a first point of contact for tenants.
